– rode from our farm campground to Ballycastle hostel
– visited the Giant’s Causeway in the rain
– lots of tourists slipping on the geometric rocks
– friendly tailwind along the coast road to Ballycastle
– coast road temporarily shut down due to random marching band going somewhere
– there’s nowhere for them to go
– maybe they turned around
– Hostel had available private room for ยฃ30 per night
– decided to stay two nights because bed was comfortable and we needed to plan our rough route through Scotland
