It’s too late to write a thorough summary of today’s events. For the most part I worked on preparing and brazing the seat tube to the bottom bracket. Dave says we’re on track to finish our frames by Friday but oh man is there still a lot of work to be done.

Brazing the seat tube to the bottom bracket turned out really well. I slightly charred one of the lug tips, but I didn’t end up getting any silver on the lug itself, a new achievement for me. The shorelines should only require a bit of touch up to get nice and crisp.

I also brazed on the seat tube sleeve. I started this one without Dave’s supervision and ended up charring a lug tip and getting silver all over it. Oh well. At least a know why it happened.
